- 1 cup non-dairy yogurt
- 2 cloves of roasted garlic
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 Tbsp chopped dill
- Kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper

- 1. In a nonreactive (glass, ceramic, or stainless steel) bowl combine first 5 ingredients by stirring well.
- 2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
