- 1 ripe avocado, pitted (about ¾-1 cup)
- 4-6 cloves roasted garlic
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 tsp Braggs apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- ¼-¾ cup water, as needed for desired consistency
- Kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper

- 1. In a blender combine the first 5 ingredients until completely incorporated together.
- 2. Add water 1/4 cup at a time until desired consistency is achieved.
- 3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
