- 1 (12 oz) package extra-firm silken tofu, or 1 (15 oz) can white beans, rinsed and drained, or 1 1/2 cups cooked white beans (see Tip)
- 4 dates, pitted
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup tomato purée
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish
- ½ tsp tamari
- ½ tsp mustard powder
- ½ tsp paprika

- 1. Combine the tofu and dates in a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
- 2. Add the remaining ingredients and puree to mix well.
