- ½ cup sesame tahini
- ¼ cup Braggs apple cider vinegar
- Juice of one lemon
- ¼-¾ cup water, as needed for desired consistency
- Kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper
- ¼ cup finely chopped (fresh) Italian parsley

- 1. Using a blender or whisk, combine first 4 ingredients.
- 2. Add water 1/4 cup at a time to desired consistency.
- 3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- 4. Add chopped parsley, combine well.
