- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups apple juice (not from concentrate)
- 2 cups fresh or frozen berries and/or cherries

- 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- 2. Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a 9x13-inch glass baking dish.
- 3. Bake for 35 minutes.
