- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 1 quart unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- Fresh fruit, sliced (optional)

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- 2. Mix all ingredients together in a 9 inch x 13 inch pan. Bake for one hour. To serve, top with extra fresh fruit, if desired.
- 3. Cooled leftovers can be refrigerated in a covered container.
