- 8 cups arugula
- 1 large Fuji apple, cored and chopped
- 6 figs, chopped
- ½ cup toasted pecans, chopped
- ½ cup All-Purpose Vinaigrette

- 1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss to mix well.
- 2. To serve, divide the salad among four plates. Serve immediately.

- 1. Instead of arugula, you can substitute spinach or any other light salad green.
- 2. You can use walnuts instead of pecans.
