Dairy Free Sour Cream
Ingredients
1 cup coconut cream or milk - I use Thai Coconut Milk
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
pinch of sea salt
Directions
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and mix until smooth
Taste and add additional lemon juice to make it even more “sour” or additional pinch or two of salt to round out the flavors.
Chill for about 2 hours
