Our Story

The creation of the Seasoning the Moment brand was a product of my personal journey doing the Whole30® eating plan in 2020.  I was looking for a new way to eat that would help me to lose weight while not feeling like I was on a diet. As I was navigating the rules of the plan and trying to find ways to add flavor to my vegetables and meats, I was amazed to find that most of the spice blends in my pantry had sugar, gluten, soy or forms of corn starch.

So, I started to make my own blends to flavor the meats and vegetables I was cooking.  I also blended them to make dips for veggies with non dairy recipes and avocado mayonnaise.  I started to lose weight and feel better and decided to continue eating this way even after the 30 days were up.  I have since shared these recipes with friends and they have learned that they can enjoy flavorful dips without all of the sugar and other unnecessary ingredients.

My passion is to help others to live a healthier lifestyle without breaking the bank.  You can add flavor to your meals while avoiding sugar, gluten, soy, and corn.
