Whole30® Cilantro Lime Shrimp and Not Rice-Rice




One of my favorite ways to enjoy our Divine Cilantro Lime Rub. This is so yummy that you will think you are in a gourmet seafood restaurant. You can prep before you head out to work and have dinner on the table in 10 minutes.

Ingredients

1 pound of raw shrimp (peeled and without the tail)

Divine Cilantro Lime Rub

1 package of Natural Heaven Hearts of Palm White Rice

Avocado Oil


Directions

Step 1 Clean and pat dry the shrimp. Place shrimp on a flat dish or pan and spray with avocado oil. Sprinkle the cilantro lime rub on one side. Flip and repeat on the other side. (I usually do this before I leave for work or you can an hour before cooking) Step 2 Place shrimp in an air fryer. Cook at 370 for 8 to 10 minutes. Start with 8 minutes and check. *If you do not have an air fryer, you can cook them in a frying pan until the tail curls in and makes a circle.

Step 3

Prepare rice per the directions. Once the rice is done, sprinkle with the cilantro lime rub and stir. Plate the rice and put cooked shrimp on top and serve.
