- 1 cup of cashews
- ⅓ cup water
- ⅓ cup plain non-dairy yogurt
- 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp liquid aminos or low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp granulated onion
- 1 Tbsp spicy mustard
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp ginger
- Fresh herbs to taste: basil, parsley, or rosemary (optional)

- 1. In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Add more water if necessary to reach desired thickness.
- 2. Store in a sealed glass container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
