- 1 ½ cups unsweetened plant-based milk
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2–3 dates, pitted and chopped
- 1 banana, peeled and mashed
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- Pinch ground cloves
- Pinch ground black pepper
- Optional toppings: chopped walnuts, hemp seeds, chopped mango, blueberries

- 1. In a bowl or mason jar, combine all the ingredients except the toppings and stir until well combined.
- 2. Cover with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours before serving.
- 3. Enjoy with your favorite toppings.
