- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1. In a blender, process all ingredients until smooth. Add additional water if needed for a smooth consistency.
