- ¾ cup water
- 1 bunch parsley
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Juice of 1 ½ limes
- 4 garlic cloves
- ½ tsp sea salt, or to taste

- 1. Soak the cashews in hot water for 30 minutes. Drain.
- 2. Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
