What does medicine look like when viewed through a lifestyle lens? How does a visit with a lifestyle medicine physician differ from a traditional office visit? These questions and many more will be addressed by Dr. Brad Moore on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, as he takes us behind the scenes into the world of lifestyle medicine during his conversation with CNS’s Dr. Michael Hollie. Together, they will dig into the emerging field of lifestyle medicine.
Dr. Brad Moore is a board-certified internist and nationally recognized leader in lifestyle medicine. He has more than thirty years of experience in academic medicine at the George Washington University, serving as a clinician, educator, program builder, and mentor caring for thousands of patients while helping shape the next generation of physicians. He has been instrumental in integrating evidence-based lifestyle care into clinical practice at GW. His approach goes far beyond brief office visits, instead offering in-depth assessments, thoughtful coaching, and an ongoing physician-patient partnership focused on the foundations of lifestyle medicine: nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, social connection, and sustainable behavior change.
