- ⅓ cup hemp seeds
- ⅓ cup maple syrup or date paste
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1. Preheat oven to 330 degrees F.
- 2. Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl.
- 3. Spread the mixture evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- 4. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. If your oven heats unevenly, flip the pan around about halfway through cooking to ensure even baking.
