- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 lemon, cut in half
- Seasoning to taste (see tips)

- 1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- 2. Remove the green base of the cauliflower and place the cauliflower on a cutting board.
- 3. Squeeze half of the lemon over the entire cauliflower. Cut into thick slices or “steaks” (some pieces may break off) and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Squeeze the other half of the lemon over the cauliflower.
- 4. Season evenly with suggested seasonings and bake for 20 minutes or until browned.
