Creamy dip is sprinkled with bits of carrots and bell peppers. Onion, garlic, and herbs compliment the veggies and lemon rounds off this classic dip flavor.  Mix this with olive oil and balsamic vinegar for a refreshing salad dressing.


This also is a great rub for chicken and pork.  Use a tablespoon per pound of meat and it is best to put it on an hour or two before cooking.  Overnight is better if you have the time. 


Another great way to use this is for pasta sauce.  Add 3 - 5 tablespoons to your tomato base and that is it.  You can also make your meatballs with this rub by mixining it into the meat before cooking - about a tablespoon per pound.


To make a Dip, stir 2 tablespoons of mix with: 2 cups Compliant Sour Cream

To make a Creamier Dip, stir 2 tablespoons of mix with: 1 cup Compliant Sour Cream and 1 cup Avocado Mayonnaise


To make a Spread, beat 2 tablespoons of mix with: 8 oz. Compliant Cream Cheese and 2 Tbls. Unsweetened Almond Milk


With All Methods:  Chill 2 - 4 Hours Before Serving for the Best Flavor.

Other ways to use this spice packet:


Use 2 tablespoons in half a cup of extra virgin olive oil and half a cup of balsamic vinegar for a salad vinaigrette
