Same great rub in a new economical size.  Our all purpose rub that is low in sodium and, of course, NO sugar or any of those other things that we don't need in our food for it to be delicious.  This rub will add flavor to your meat without overpowering the flavor of the meat. Our rub is great on all kinds of meats and vegetables.  For best results, we recommend that you use a tablespoon per pound and rub your meat hours before you cook it.  I rub my meats the night before.  Simply use avocado oil spray or olive oil on your meat (or vegetables) and then sprinkle the rub on.  I rub it in and then I will wrap it in plastic wrap and let it get happy for a few hours.  The more you use, the more heat you will have.  I use this on sweet potato fries too.  Spray the fries and shake this on before you put them in your air fryer or oven.

  • minced onion, paprika, tomato granules, onion powder, chipotle, ancho pepper, peppercorn medley, celery salt, allspice, espresso salt, garlic,  turmeric, cayenne

Allergy Alert:  Packaged in a facility that handles sesame seeds

  • When using as a rub, spray or rub olive oil or avocado oil on your meats or vegetables and then sprinkle all over.  For meats, it is better to apply 6 or more hours before cooking.  I will wrap ribs, roasts, and briskets in plastic wrap after applying.  Smaller cuts of meat can be placed in a covered container and placed in the fridge. You can apply to vegetables just before you cook them.  This rub is good on any variety of meat and most vegetables.

You can also make a spread by mixing a tablespoon of the rub with 1/3 of a cup of avocado or vegan mayonnaise.

This is also a great seasoning for meatloaf, meatballs and hamburgers.  Use 1 - 2 tablespoons per pound and mix it into the meat.  You can also mix half a packet of the tomato horseradish and/or the onion horseradish dip mix to complete your seasoning. Again, this is better if you do this a few hours before you cook them to enhance the spice flavor.
