It is that time again. I will be at First Monday Trade Days this week in Canton, Texas. I will have samples of dips and dressings for you to try before you buy. I will also be smoking meats throughout Friday and Saturday to sample the rub. I am located on the city grounds at the corner of 49 and 100. The weather is going to be great and the sun will be out.
