- 2 lbs brussels sprouts, halved
- ¼ tsp sea salt (optional)
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ⅓ cup chardonnay or other white wine
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 2 Tbsp pistachios

- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and prepare a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- 2. Toss all ingredients together in a bowl.
- 3. Roast the mixture for 20 minutes, or until nicely browned.
