- 2-3 medjool dates (optional)
- ½ cup plain unsweetened plant-based milk
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Toppings
- ½ cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen

- 1. Add all smoothie bowl ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- 2. Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with mixed berries.
