- 2 Tbsp raw carob powder
- 1 Tbsp date paste
- ⅛ tsp sea salt

- 1. Process all ingredients in a food processor.
- 2. Once fudge batter forms into a ball, press mixture into an 8-inch square dish.
- 3. Chill in refrigerator for one hour.
- 4. Cut into squares and serve.
