- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup soy milk
- 8 medjool dates
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup oats
- ¼ cup flax meal
- ½ cup goji berries
- ½ cup cocoa nibs
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 Tbsp vanilla

- 1. Put everything into a food processor and blend until well combined.
- 2. Place spoonfuls of the batter onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
- 3. Press them down with another piece of parchment paper.
- 4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 min.
