- 5 - 7 sprigs of cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño pepper, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 - 4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 2. Refrigerate and serve cold.
